Had a super super super hard workout this morning with the best trainer ever, Tommy!

35 minutes warm up at the cross trainer and then off to a ridiculous hard squad drop-set. Those of you who have tried know that it's a killer! You lift as heavy as you can as many reps as possible and then take off 5kg and then do it again till almost no weight. Then start over - it's about 100 squads pr set, so all in all I've squandded 300 times today with shifting weights. We ended off with walking launched with extra weight and box jumps... Guess there's no reason to say that my legs are DONE?!
