For a lot of years I've lived without eating breakfast. I thought I didn't have the time, it was not easy enough, and I didn't felt any different when eating it or not.

Now it's a totally different story. I've really learned a lot about dieting the last couple of months. And by diet I don't mean like a strict one with nothing to eat and only salad. I mean a healthy, variated and well tasting food. I can't live without my breakfast now, and after a few weeks on my 'diet' I really started to feel the different on my energy level. I could last longer before I felt burned out, and my body works on higher level for longer time. I just needed to find out, that you can't just change habits in one week - it's something that takes time.
