Today we trained a bit different from what we are used to do. My bag has been very sore the last couple of days and therefore we didn't do the squadding as we usually start out with, but instead we had our focus on my upper body.
We did 10(!!!) set of two kind of super sets:
- 10x push-ups 30kg directly followed by 10x pull-ups.
- 10x shoulder press 30kg (a bit less in the end!) directly followed by 10x bend over rolls 12kg.
Small other exercises between the sets, but gosh it was not easy to do 10 set! But we did it, and my bag still feels super, and not affected by this mornings workout!
