How I feel this morning

Our workouts at gym gets harder and harder, and I can truly feel how much I've improved when it comes to power and stamina during the last couple of months.

Therefore we're training with more weight, more sets and less breaks. I like it, but some days I really just want to lay down or go home ;-)

Yesterday I ordered some new compression tights which should be great for restitution and better blood circulation, so I'm really looking forward to try them out in a few days!
