Sunday morning

This is just so delicious!!

Overnight oats with fresh fruit. It's so damn easy and tastes amazing.

Overnight oats: 

Smash one banana in the ball you want to eat the oats and add the rest:

- 30g oats

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 teaspoon cinamon

- 15g vanilla protein powder OR a teaspoon vanilla powder

- 1.5dl low fat milk

Cover the ball with foil and let it rest in the fridge overnight. Before eating it the next morning, simply just give it a good stir and add fresh fruit.
