Workout

I was training by my own this morning at the gym. It’s not that often I’m training without a personal trainer, but today I gave it a go.


This was what I did today:

– 25 minutes cross trainer high intensity.

– 5 set of: 12x squat (55kg) directly followed by 15 box jumps (60cm).

– 5 set of: 12x squat (35kg) on bosu ball directly followed by 24 walking launches with 7kg ball over my head.

– 3 set of: 12x shoulder press (30kg) directly followed by 12x pull-ups.

Between each set I have 1 minute break before starting again. It was really a great training and I reached 800 kcal in one and a half hour which is pretty good!
