Started my Friday morning at the gym! Super high intensity training:
10x10 super set of combined exercise: front squad (35kg) direct up in shoulder press. And then 15 wall balls - this is a super super hard set!!
Followed by high intensity core exercises.
1000m rowing on 3:53 minutes.
6x6 super set: bench press (35kg) followed by pull-ups.
I'm DONE for today - now back home to ride some horses before leaving to Frederiksværk national competition!
